Steel Cut Oats are whole oat kernels which have been thinly sliced by steel blades. They have a somewhat chewier texture and heartier flavor than rolled oats. Steel Cut Oats are whole grain groats (the inner portion of the oat kernel) which have been cut into only 2 or 3 pieces, helping to maintain all of its nutrients. Rich in soluble fiber, protein and vitamins, especially vitamin B and B-1. these oats may help reduce the risk of heart disease and support healthy cholesterol levels.
Serving size: 1/3 cup dry, (18 Servings per package)
Calories: 200, Total Fat: 3g, Saturated Fat: 0.5g, Carbohydrates: 33g, Dietary Fiber: 4g, Sugars:1g, Protein: 8g
Directions: 1 cup of oats to 4 cups of water. Put this into a pan and let it sit overnight. In the morning cook for twenty minutes or until suited to your taste. Also, you can cook this in a thermas! Bring the oats to a boil and then fill up the thermas. The oats will cook until you are ready to eat them!
You can add Honey, Cinnimon, Stivea and other items to suite your taste! Enjoy!

"You guys always have a great selction of oats and grains. I LOVE the steel cut oats. I just soak them in a pan the night before. I use one cup of Steel Cut Oats to four cups of water. In the morning, I just turn on the stove and cook them to taste. I like to add some raw Cinnamon and Honey. This is one of my favorite meals!"
